This car was built in 1970 by Ronnie Ward, the brother of two-time Indy 500 winner, Rodger Ward. Owned by Ray Smith and driven by Jim Linder, it won many races on both dirt and asphalt as well as several track championships.
Around 1975 it was sold to the P.O.B. team and competed in USAC with drivers, Roger Rager and Clark Templeman. |
