The Speedway Pacemaker was manufactured by Standard Machine Works of Indianapolis, Indiana in 1946. They were advertised to be sold as a complete car less engine for $55.00, a complete car with a new engine for $110.00, or they would install your personal engine in the car and send it to you for $85.00. The complete cars were furnished with either a Hornet or McCoy engine.
This Pacemaker features a Dooling .61 cid engine.
