Description :
In 1951 Joe created this Chevrolet head for the 235 cubic inch six cylinder racing enthusiast. The head used the 1.94 Powerglide intake valve and has a compression ratio of 7.1:1. This design added horsepower at higher RPM through increased compression, controlled combustion and additional carburetion. The conversion kit used the stock Chevrolet valve cover, rocker arm and shaft assembly, valves and intake manifold. The kit sold for $169.50.
