Made by Herkimer Tool and Model Works, manufacturers of the “Ok” engines, and was introduced in 1947. The displacement is listed as .0178 cubic inches and is powered by CO2 not diesel as we first thought. The grandson of the founder is still running the company today with more of a focus on model trains. More information can be found on these engines in Tim Daniels - American Model Engine Encylopedia. History for this engine was brought to you by Mr. Scott from the Stache Council.
